How does local delivery work?
With local delivery you can list selection only available to customers within a delivery area you define, down to the zip code level. Customers outside of your delivery area will not see your product offers. With local delivery, you can continue to utilize integrated HAQM shipping partners while still gaining access to faster 1-2-day delivery promises.

If your business has the ability, you can offer self-delivery and use your own fulfillment vehicles to deliver products to customers in your defined regions.
How do I onboard into local delivery?
After applying, if local delivery is suitable for your business, one of our sales representatives will reach out to you to schedule time to review details, answer questions and confirm this is a good fit for your business. Next, they will help you gather the details needed to complete onboarding. Then, one of our onboarding experts will help get your business set up and launched with local delivery.
Why should I sign up for Delivery and Services?
Our Delivery and Services program lets you offer furniture in the HAQM store using your own trusted logistics providers to complete delivery and provide related services. This can help you reach HAQM customers in your local area. You have complete control, from customizing the specific service region down to a single ZIP code, to selecting which days and times you offer services. When a customer places an order, you can schedule the service with them via phone or email. You can also offer the ability to schedule returns with you, allowing you to build a direct relationship with HAQM customers in your local area.
How do I qualify for Delivery and Services?
HAQM is committed to ensuring the best customer experience, so we only allow high-performing sellers to offer their services in the HAQM store. We have created an application to help evaluate your services infrastructure as it relates to our performance standards. Currently, only sellers who sell products and services related to furniture are eligible.
What kinds of services can I offer?
Currently, HAQM Local Selling's Delivery and Services program enables the following for furniture sellers: Room of Choice, Room of Choice plus Haul Away, Inside Entry, Inside Entry plus Haul Away, Assembly, and Assembly plus Haul Away.
What are the requirements to participate in Delivery and Services?
Along with our qualification criteria, sellers must meet our operating requirements. These requirements include complying with all HAQM Services terms and policies. For licensed services, you must also hold and provide to HAQM the appropriate jurisdictional trade licenses, registrations, and certifications according to the city and state laws of your account-coverage areas. All in-home technicians must be added to your Seller Central account and include a headshot. All in-home technicians must also complete and pass HAQM’s background check, and you must assign a technician to every service order. You must use the Tech App or integrate with our Services APIs to complete service orders.
Is there an additional selling fee to participate in Local Selling?
There are no additional fees to participate in Local Selling. You’ll continue paying a category referral fee per unit sold and a Professional selling plan fee.
