Meeting HAQM’s customer experience requirements both online and in your dealership locations

What are the steps for selling and leasing with HAQM Autos?

After you complete our Contact us form and we confirm your eligibility, you’ll be invited to meet with our business development team for a full program overview. Then you’ll complete the dealer onboarding process.

Will I need to change my dealer management system, digital retail system, or customer relationship system to sell with HAQM Autos?

HAQM Autos uses A2Z Sync as our integration solution. In most cases, A2Z Sync will integrate with your current systems seamlessly, with no provider changes needed.

What happens if A2Z Sync doesn’t integrate with my current dealership tools?

A2Z Sync integrates with most major dealer management systems and customer-relationship management tools. If you do not have a dealer management system with which A2Z Sync is integrated, you can still onboard, but some steps may be manual instead of automated.

Do I have to sell parts or accessories with HAQM in order to sell and lease with HAQM Autos?

No, you can sell and lease vehicles exclusively.

How are vehicle prices set?

All vehicle prices are set by the dealer. That means your dealer-set price is what will appear on HAQM Autos.
